Latin Club

Purpose of club: The Latin Club celebrates ancient Roman and Greek culture, history, and language, all of which constitute the heritage we share as Westerners. It seeks to promote recognition of what is common to all by virtue of our link to the Classical World. With respect to the Latin language specifically, it furthermore seeks to remind students of all that we owe to it as the traditional language not only of scholarship, but also of the Church – its liturgy and its theology.
