International Students

• Pre-Admission Requirements

  Before you apply, please make sure you can provide the following:

  • A completed International Student Application (with all sections filled)
  • A current school transcript (or most recent report cards) from the past two years, translated into English.
  • Any standardized test scores from the past two years translated into English.
  • A recommendation letter from an English teacher (or other academic instructor) from your current school.
  • Proof of English proficiency: acceptable results include TOEFL, or iTEP (or another school-approved test)
  • Please note that we require a Zoom interview with our Admissions Team as part of our process. 

• Post-Admission Checklist

  Once you receive your acceptance letter, the next steps include:

  1. Once decisions have been posted, parents will be notified to login and accept the decision in BlackBaud
  2. Submission of a non-refundable deposit (to secure your place in the international program).
  3. Completion of the I-20 process (Fenwick will issue the I-20 once the deposit is paid).
  4. Students and family are responsible for securing the F-1 Visa after the I-20 is fully processed. s
  5. Submission of required medical forms, including:
     • A physical examination form
     • Vision screening
     • Dental examination
     • Vaccine schedule
  6. Confirmation of living arrangements and student-guardian contact information.

  An international student will only be accepted into a grade that aligns with their academic course of study. Fenwick does not allow students to repeat grades. 

• Tuition

  Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $22,367.50
