Sports Physical Day
Fenwick High School - Field House Gym
Athletic physicals will be held from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3rd.
This Sports physical will meet IHSA requirements for the summer workouts as well as sports for the 2026-2027 season. Classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029 are welcome. Please select one of the appointment times listed.
Please note: A signed and completed Health History Physical form MUST be brought to the Sports Physical Day.
(You will need the login information you have created when signing up for AP testing, bus tickets, summer school/camps. If you haven't signed up, you will be able to create an account at checkout.)
