Let's get ready for the 2025/2026 Sports Season!
Fenwick High School’s Annual Sports Physical Day will be for classes of 2026, 2027 and 2028.
(NO FRESHMAN PHYSICALS OBTAINED AT THIS EVENT)
Date: Wednesday, June 4th
Location: Field House Gym Time: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
A signed and completed Health History Physical portion of the form needs to be brought to the Sports Physical Day. Forms may be found below or on Magnus Health. Two (2) signatures are required after the history portion is completed.
Register for the Sports Physical Day and make a direct payment of $30.
