Sports Physical Day
This Sports physical will meet IHSA requirements for the summer workouts and sports for the 2023-2024 season. All Grades are welcome.
June 7th, 2023, in the Field House Gym from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
A signed and completed Health History physical portion of the form needs to be brought to the Sports Physical Day. Forms may be found below or on Magnus. Two (2) signatures on the bottom of the first page are necessary to receive a physical.
All students who complete the Sports physical will be entered in a Raffle from ATHLETICO and The FENWICK Gift SHOP.
