This past August, Fenwick became one of only a few high schools in the United States employing a 3D Anatomage Table. Biology students now are using our Science Department’s digital, three-dimensional cadavers in a high-tech, Anatomy Lab setting. “My daughter [a senior] loves this learning tool,” says Laura Zawacki of Oak Park. “It is helping Sara toward her dream of becoming a nurse.” The technology features four realistic cadavers, which were real people with actual diseases (their faces have been altered) who donated their bodies for the Anamotage project.
