Arrival Procedures for the 2021-2022 School Year

Dear Fenwick Parents & Students,

As all of us are returning to school this year, we anticipate the traffic flow will be very heavy onto the property and along the streets adjacent to the building each school day.

With the addition of the parking structure, as many as 250 additional vehicles are expected to be entering our parking lot between 7:30am and 8:00am every day. This is a substantial increase to what some people may remember from last year's traffic volume.

To make the arrivals as safe and efficient as possible, a new procedure has been developed that should help alleviate some of the congestion around the school. These procedures are detailed in the attached document as well as in the video attached below.
