Purpose of club: ACES is a competitive series (i.e., regional, sectional, state) of tests offered to high school students in Illinois. Subjects tested are biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering graphics, English, mathematics, and physics. The tests, presented in a multiple-choice format, are designed to challenge the brightest high school students with material drawn from high school senior and college freshman curricula to present a bridge between secondary and higher education.
