Giving to Fenwick

Gifts to Fenwick can be directed to an area of need that is most important to you, or as an unrestricted gift to the Dooley Annual Fund.

Dooley Annual Fund

Gifts given to the Dooley Annual Fund allow Fenwick’s leadership team to assess and allocate resources on a regular basis. These unrestricted donations are the most important gifts to Fenwick as they give the leadership the ultimate flexibility—to seize opportunities and address unforeseen challenges as they arise. Click here to allow your gift to be used where the need is greatest.

Friar Express

The Friar Express is an easy and convenient way to support the Dooley Annual Fund. This program enables you to give a significant annual contribution through smaller monthly installments and support Fenwick now and into the future. Signing up for a recurring gift is a great way to help Fenwick by providing steady, reliable funding for students and faculty through a monthly gift. When you join the Friar Express, you receive an annual statement summarizing your gift history at year’s end and a renewal letter after 12 months of gifts. Additionally, you will receive no other Dooley Fund solicitations throughout the year. Please contact Donor Relations Administrator Stephanie Harris with for questions and to register.

Tuition Assistance

Gifts designated to Tuition Assistance allows Fenwick to offer worthy students the opportunity to attend our fine school. Today’s economic climate makes it more difficult for students to attend Fenwick and we firmly believe that finances should not hinder a qualified student and will do everything that we can to make sure that no talented student is denied the opportunity of a Fenwick education. Gifts in Memoriam/Honor

If you would like to memorialize or honor a special person by making a gift in their name, please click here. Please include the honoree’s name and address on the donation form. In the case of a deceased honoree, please include the name(s) and address of the family member(s) to whom you would like an acknowledgment sent, as well as their relationship to the deceased. So that Fenwick may notify that person of your thoughtfulness, a letter will be sent to the honoree or honoree’s family and will include the donor’s name and address, but not the gift amount.

Future Endowment

Fenwick’s endowment fund is a permanent, self-sustaining source of funding, as endowment assets are invested. Each year, a portion of the value of the fund is paid out to support Fenwick’s annual operating budget, and any earnings in excess of this distribution are used to build the fund’s market value. In this way, our endowment fund can grow and provide support for Fenwick in perpetuity. Click here to designate your gift towards Fenwick’s endowment.

Physical Plant

Gifts designated to Physical Plant will be used to support and improve the existing beloved building at 505 Washington Blvd. Click here to designate your gift towards the Physical Plant.

Student Experience

Gifts designated to Student Experience will be used to support various athletics, clubs and activities that you care most about. Click here to learn about the variety of programs that currently have specific financial needs.

Matching Gifts

Once you have donated to Fenwick, you can double or even triple the value of your gift. Thousands of employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Click here to see if your employer has a matching gift program.

Gifts of Stock

If you wish to make a gift of stock to the school, please click HERE for Fenwick’s DTC instruction documentation. This document can be downloaded and sent to your broker. Please note, it is important that you or your broker notify Cindy Erwin (cerwin@fenwickfriars.com) of the gift so we can connect the gift to the proper donor.
