Seniors Come up Big on Senior Day

Emma Meehan did the opposing team no favors on Saturday, picking up four hits over four at bats and leading Fenwick Varsity Friars to a 17-7 win over Lincoln Park Varsity Lions.  Meehan singled in the first, singled in the second, singled in the fourth, and singled in the fifth.

Talia Lorenzo got the start for Fenwick Varsity Friars. The righty lasted four innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out nine and walking one. Arispe had two hits an RBI and a Run Scored. Stathas had 2 hits an RBI and 2 runs scored. Lorenzo had 2 hits, 2RBI and 1 Run scored.
