Entler Drives in Four/Stone Struck out Nine
Madelyn Entler drove in four on three hits to lead Fenwick Varsity Friars past Berwyn/Cicero Morton Varsity Mustangs 10-3 on Thursday. Entler drove in runs on a double in the second and a double in the fourth. Sophie Stone got the win for Fenwick Varsity Friars. The pitcher allowed two hits and one run over four innings, striking out nine and walking one. Ellie Kolb threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Fenwick Varsity Friars secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the second inning. The big inning was thanks to doubles by Maya Stathas and Entler, a single by Ally Arispe, and a groundout by Caity Barganski.
