Important Information for ALL Freshmen, Transfers and Parents regarding Fenwick At Its Best (FAB):

This is a mandatory event for ALL freshmen to attend with at least one parent or guardian. Once again, Fenwick High School welcomes John Williams to address our freshmen and parents. Mr. Williams is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s in Education. He has an extensive and impressive resume working with youth and families. Mr. Williams was the Director of Youth Services for Oak Park Township for twenty-five years. He also ran Oak Park’s Gang and Drug Task Force for twenty-four years and started the Youth Interventionist Program, a nationally recognized program. During his lengthy career serving youth and families, Mr. Williams provided crisis and prevention services along with developing and running numerous successful youth programs. Currently, Mr. Williams and his wife Richelle do training, consultation, therapy, and Cargo Circles through their company, JFSW, Inc.
John Williams thoroughly understands the high school experience including the highs and the lows as well as the risks and pressures that young people face. He is always warmly received by Fenwick audiences with his important message about navigating the next four years.
The Fenwick Administration will also speak briefly regarding Fenwick’s substance use policies and the need to partner together to help promote positive decisions among youth.
