ABOUT LAURA PENDLETON
Assistant Principal, Orchestra Director
Ms. Pendleton began teaching at Fenwick in 2001 and has been the director of the orchestra since its founding in the fall of 2009. At that time she was a full-time teacher in the expressive arts department, but now serves as one of our assistant principals. She has an undergraduate degree in music education from Illinois Wesleyan University and a graduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in educational administration and supervision. She also won a Heart of the School Award from the Chicago Archdiocese in 2009.
Ms. Pendleton lives in the western suburbs with her husband and twins.
Other than music, Mrs. Pendleton enjoys yoga, traveling and good food!
