Mr. Faille conducts the Fenwick High School Chamber Choir, and Advanced Treble Choir. He also directs Banua, and the Spring Musical.


Mr. Faille is so excited to be teaching full time at Fenwick High School. He has been directing the musical at Fenwick since 2017, and is thrilled to be continuing his involvement in the Blackfriars Guild and Choral Department. Before coming to Fenwick, Mr. Faille taught music and theatre at Stone Scholastic Academy for 5 years.

Mr. Faille has been an active member of the Chicago Choral scene since 2013 as a member of Chicago Chamber Choir, Chicago Choral Artists, Alegrezza, and other Solo Performances. He also led the semi-professional a cappella group, InVox Chicago from 2014 through 2018 and produced their full length album, Toast to Five.

Mr. Faille believes that every student can be a successful musician or performer given the right tools for success. He strives to provide a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable being themselves!

When Mr. Faille isn’t at Fenwick, he enjoys spending time with his pups, finding gluten free bakeries, playing volleyball and tennis, traveling, and seeing shows!
